Hover (MM2) (or) , Wingover (MM2) , Fly speed 150 feet,
Benefit
Your maneuverability improves by one category, from clumsy to poor, poor to average, or average to good (see Tactical Aerial Movement, page 20 of the Dungeon Master's Guide).
Special
You can take this feat multiple times. Each time you take the feat, your maneuverability improves by one category (but never becomes better than good).
