You create an unholy, cacophonous dirge that fills the subjects' minds with the screams of the dying, the wailing of the damned, and the howling of the mad. Affected creatures take a -4 penalty on attack rolls and Concentration checks, a -4 penalty to Dexterity, and a 50% reduction in their speed (to a minimum of 5 feet).
Material Component: A pinch of ashes from a destrachan.
